This web app enables users to convert text to video, audio to summaries, and create engaging media in seconds. Personally managed the Podcast Summarization tool, increasing beta retention by 85%.

Role: Product Manager

– Users needed an intuitive way to extract key insights without listening to full episodes.

– User research to identify pain points.

– Collaborated with a team to define the Product Requirement Document (PRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and user stories (user flow) of the product.

– Created and managed granular GitHub issues for identified app features such as Authentication, Messaging, Payments, and AI Integration, facilitating the development of the product’s boilerplate and MVP.

– Managed sprints and played a key role in coordinating team efforts to ensure timely delivery.
